Return & Refund Policy – Pallet Pro Store

Thank you for shopping at Pallet Pro Store. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns – Wicker Furniture

We accept returns on wicker chairs and wicker furniture within 3 days of delivery or collection, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
The item must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage

If the return is approved:

You may choose a replacement or refund
Collection or transport fees may apply unless the return is due to our error

2. Returns – Pallets

Returns on pallets are accepted within 24 hours of delivery or collection only, provided that:

The pallets are unused and in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is provided

Returns requested after 24 hours will not be accepted. Customers are advised to inspect pallets upon delivery or collection.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we will:

Replace the item, or
Repair the item (if possible), or
Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

Clear photos of the issue are required.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Delivery and transport fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

Used pallets sold “as-is”
Clearance or sale items
Custom-made furniture or specially sized pallets
